Description

This easy Ranch Chicken recipe features tender baked chicken breasts smothered in a creamy, garlicky ranch sauce—perfect for a weeknight dinner.


Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 1.5 lbs)
  • 3 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 1 cup full-fat sour cream
  • 1 oz ranch dressing mix (about 1 packet)
  • 1 cup low-sodium chicken broth
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and spray a baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.

2. Season chicken breasts generously with salt and pepper on both sides.

3. In a bowl, whisk together sour cream, ranch dressing mix, and chicken broth until smooth.

4. Place seasoned chicken in the baking dish and pour the ranch sauce over the top.

5. Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 25 minutes. Remove foil and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes until chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
