Description

A simple 5 ingredient cottage cheese bread recipe healthy, high-protein, and easy to bake with no yeast required.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup whole wheat flour
  • 1 tbsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease or line a loaf pan.
  • In a large bowl, whisk eggs and cottage cheese until smooth.
  • Add flour, baking powder, and sea salt. Mix until just combined.
  • Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top.
