- 1 cup cottage cheese
- 2 large eggs
- 1 cup whole wheat flour
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp sea salt
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease or line a loaf pan.
- In a large bowl, whisk eggs and cottage cheese until smooth.
- Add flour, baking powder, and sea salt. Mix until just combined.
- Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top.
- Bake for 40–45 minutes until golden and a toothpick comes out clean.
- Cool before slicing and enjoy!

- You can substitute with gluten-free flour blend.
