Description
This refreshing alkaline detox water recipe uses lemon, cucumber, and pink Himalayan salt to help gently detox, hydrate, and balance the body’s pH naturally.
Ingredients
- 1 organic lemon, sliced
- 1/2 cucumber, sliced
- A pinch of pink Himalayan salt
- 4–6 cups filtered water
- Optional: fresh mint leaves or splash of apple cider vinegar
Instructions
- Slice the lemon and cucumber thinly.
- Add them to a large glass jar or pitcher.
- Sprinkle in the pink salt.
- Fill with filtered water and stir.
- Let it sit for 5–10 minutes before drinking.
- Serve chilled or room temperature.
Notes
- Drink first thing in the morning for best results.
- Can be stored in the fridge for up to 24 hours.
- Avoid adding sugar or sweeteners to preserve detox benefits.
