Description

This refreshing alkaline detox water recipe uses lemon, cucumber, and pink Himalayan salt to help gently detox, hydrate, and balance the body’s pH naturally.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 organic lemon, sliced
  • 1/2 cucumber, sliced
  • A pinch of pink Himalayan salt
  • 46 cups filtered water
  • Optional: fresh mint leaves or splash of apple cider vinegar

Instructions

  • Slice the lemon and cucumber thinly.
  • Add them to a large glass jar or pitcher.
  • Sprinkle in the pink salt.
  • Fill with filtered water and stir.
  • Let it sit for 5–10 minutes before drinking.
  • Serve chilled or room temperature.
