Ingredients
- Peels from 3–4 organic apples (washed)
- 3 cups filtered water
- 1 cinnamon stick
- 2–3 whole cloves
- 1 slice fresh ginger
- 1 tsp lemon juice (optional)
- Raw apple cider vinegar (optional)
Instructions
- Add apple peels, water, cinnamon, cloves, and ginger to a saucepan.
- Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 10–15 minutes.
- Strain the tea into a cup.
- Add lemon juice or a splash of apple cider vinegar, if desired.
- Serve warm or iced.
