  • (Optional) 1 tsp raw honey or stevia (to taste)

Instructions

  • Place the apple peels, cinnamon stick, and ginger slices in a medium saucepan.
  • Add the filtered water and bring to a gentle boil over medium heat.
  • Reduce the heat and let the mixture simmer for 25–30 minutes.
  • Remove from heat, strain the liquid into a jar or teapot.
