Description

This arden garden detox recipe is a 2-day citrus and ginger cleanse that supports digestion, reduces bloating, and gently resets your system.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups fresh grapefruit juice
  • 1½ cups fresh orange juice
  • ½ cup fresh lemon juice
  • 2½ cups distilled water
  • 1 tbsp fresh grated ginger


Instructions

  • Juice your grapefruit, oranges, and lemons using a citrus press or juicer.
  • Grate fresh ginger and stir into the citrus juice blend.
  • Add distilled water and mix well until combined.
  • Pour into a large glass pitcher and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  • Sip throughout the day, dividing into 5–6 servings.
  • Repeat for two days using freshly made juice each morning.
