Description
This arden garden detox recipe is a 2-day citrus and ginger cleanse that supports digestion, reduces bloating, and gently resets your system.
Ingredients
- 2 cups fresh grapefruit juice
- 1½ cups fresh orange juice
- ½ cup fresh lemon juice
- 2½ cups distilled water
- 1 tbsp fresh grated ginger
Instructions
- Juice your grapefruit, oranges, and lemons using a citrus press or juicer.
- Grate fresh ginger and stir into the citrus juice blend.
- Add distilled water and mix well until combined.
- Pour into a large glass pitcher and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
- Sip throughout the day, dividing into 5–6 servings.
- Repeat for two days using freshly made juice each morning.
Notes
- Use organic citrus and filtered or distilled water for best results.
- Do not substitute tap water or add sweeteners.
