Description
Baked Boursin Salmon is a rich, flavorful dish made with creamy garlic herb cheese and lemon for an elegant dinner ready in just 20 minutes.
Ingredients
For the Salmon:
- 4 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/2 lemon, zested and juiced
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
For the Topping:
- 1 package Boursin Garlic & Fine Herbs Cheese (5.2 oz)
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (optional, for garnish)
Optional Additions:
- Cherry tomatoes or asparagus, for roasting
Instructions
1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and prepare a baking dish with olive oil or parchment paper.
2. Pat the salmon fillets dry with a paper towel and place them skin-side down in the baking dish.
3. Drizzle the salmon with olive oil, then season with salt and black pepper.
4. Add minced garlic and lemon zest over the salmon fillets.
5. Spread Boursin cheese evenly over the top of each salmon fillet.
6. Bake for 15–18 minutes, or until the salmon is opaque and flakes easily with a fork.
7. Drizzle fresh lemon juice over the salmon and sprinkle with chopped parsley before serving.
8. Serve with roasted vegetables if desired.
Notes
Use fresh ingredients for the best flavor, especially lemon juice and herbs.
