Description

A refreshing herbal blend frozen into cubes that supports detox and natural fat loss. Ideal for morning routines or pre-meal hydration.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup fresh parsley
  • ½ cucumber
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 1 cup filtered water
  • A pinch of pink Himalayan salt

Instructions

  • Wash and chop parsley and cucumber.
  • Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.
  • Pour into an ice tray and freeze for 4+ hours.
  • Pop 1–2 cubes into water daily.
  • Store frozen cubes in a sealed container for up to 2 weeks.

Notes

Use 1–2 cubes daily. Ideal before meals or first thing in the morning. Add ginger or cilantro for variation.
