A simple 3-ingredient Brazilian Mounjaro with baking soda recipe to support digestion, reduce bloating, and gently assist weight balance.
Ingredients
- 1 cup filtered water
- ½ tsp aluminum-free baking soda
- Juice of ½ fresh lemon
- (Optional) pinch of cayenne or grated ginger
Instructions
- Pour water into a glass.
- Add lemon juice and stir.
- Slowly add baking soda and stir gently.
- Let fizz settle for 30 seconds.
- (Optional) Add cayenne or ginger.
- Sip slowly on an empty stomach.
