Description

A simple and refreshing chia seed water drink recipe made with only 3 ingredients. Great for hydration, digestion, and natural energy support.


Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1012 oz filtered water
  • Juice of 1/2 lemon (optional)
  • Fresh mint leaves (optional)
  • Cucumber or fruit slices (optional)

Instructions

  • Add chia seeds to a glass or jar.
  • Pour in water and stir well.
  • Let soak for 10–15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  • Add lemon juice or other flavorings if desired.
  • Stir again and enjoy chilled.
