Ingredients

- 10–12 oz filtered water
- Juice of 1/2 lemon (optional)
- Fresh mint leaves (optional)
- Cucumber or fruit slices (optional)
Instructions
- Add chia seeds to a glass or jar.
- Pour in water and stir well.
- Let soak for 10–15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Add lemon juice or other flavorings if desired.
- Stir again and enjoy chilled.
