Description
A delicious dish featuring tender chicken fillets in a spicy, creamy garlic-Parmesan sauce, served with crispy fries.
Ingredients
- 4 chicken fillets (about 1.5 lbs or 680 g)
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream (240 ml)
- 1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes (adjust to taste)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt, to taste
- Pepper, to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
- 1 bag fries (frozen or homemade, about 32 oz or 900 g)
Instructions
1. Prepare the fries according to package instructions or bake homemade fries at 425°F (220°C) for 30–35 minutes.
2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Season chicken fillets with salt and pepper, then cook for 6–7 minutes on each side until golden brown and fully cooked.
3. In the same skillet, sauté minced garlic for 1 minute, then add heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer.
4. Stir in grated Parmesan cheese and red pepper flakes, cooking for 2–3 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.
5. Return the cooked chicken to the skillet, spoon the sauce over it, and let simmer for an additional 2–3 minutes.
6. Serve the chicken with fries, drizzling the sauce over the chicken and garnishing with chopped parsley.
Notes
Use a meat thermometer to ensure chicken is cooked to 165°F (74°C).
Opt for fresh garlic and quality Parmesan for the best flavor.
Adjust spice levels according to your preference.
Let the chicken rest before serving for better juiciness.
Presentation matters; plate beautifully for a professional touch.
