A hearty, one-pot casserole featuring cheesy pierogies and savory kielbasa, perfect for family dinners.
Ingredients
- 1 lb kielbasa, sliced
- 16 oz frozen pierogies
- 8 oz cream cheese, cubed
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
1. Layer the sliced kielbasa in the bottom of the crockpot.
2. Add the frozen pierogies on top of the kielbasa.
3. Layer the cubed cream cheese and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
4. Pour the chicken broth over the layers.
5. Top with shredded cheddar cheese.
6. Cover and cook on low for 4–6 hours.
7. Serve hot and enjoy!
Notes
Consider adding frozen peas or spinach for extra nutrients.
Use pre-cooked kielbasa for quicker prep.
