Description

A creamy, flavor-packed pasta salad inspired by the classic club sandwich, loaded with ham, turkey, cheddar, crisp lettuce, and tossed in a tangy ranch dressing.

Ingredients

  • 12 oz tri-color pasta
  • 8 oz block cheddar cheese, cubed
  • 1 medium tomato, diced
  • 1 cup lettuce, chopped
  • 1 cup ham, diced
  • 1 cup turkey, diced
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 (1 oz) packet ranch seasoning mix

Instructions

1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the tri-color pasta and cook until al dente according to package instructions, about 7–9 minutes. Drain and rinse with cold water until completely cooled.

2. While the pasta cools, dice the cheddar cheese, tomato, ham, and turkey into bite-sized pieces. Chop the lettuce.

3. In a small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise and ranch seasoning mix until smooth and fully combined.

4. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooled pasta, cheddar cheese, tomato, lettuce, ham, and turkey.

5. Pour the ranch dressing over the pasta mixture and toss gently until everything is evenly coated.

6. Cover and refrigerate for at least 6 hours, or overnight for best flavor. Serve chilled.

Notes

For best texture, add the chopped lettuce just before serving if preparing a day in advance.

You can substitute rotisserie chicken for turkey if desired.

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
