These Cranberry Glazed Meatballs are the perfect blend of savory and sweet, with tender beef meatballs coated in a tangy cranberry-barbecue glazeโ€”ideal for holiday gatherings, parties, or a flavorful dinner any night of the week.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 egg
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup cranberry sauce
  • 1/4 cup barbecue sauce
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar

Instructions

1. Preheat the oven to 375ยฐF (190ยฐC). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

2. In a large mixing bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, milk, egg, garlic, parsley, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.

3. Shape the mixture into 1-inch meatballs and place them on the prepared baking sheet.

4. Bake the meatballs for 20-25 minutes, until cooked through and browned.

5. While meatballs bake, combine cranberry sauce, barbecue sauce, soy sauce, honey, and apple cider vinegar in a small saucepan over medium heat. Stir until smooth and heated through.

6. Transfer the baked meatballs to a large bowl and pour the cranberry glaze over them. Toss gently to coat evenly.

7. Serve hot, garnished with additional chopped parsley if desired.
