A creamy, romantic chicken recipe made with sun-dried tomatoes, garlic, and Parmesan — ready in 30 minutes and guaranteed to impress.
Ingredients
- 2–3 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- ½ cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- ¼ tsp red pepper flakes
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh basil, for garnish
Instructions
1. Pat chicken dry and season with salt and pepper.
2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and sear chicken 4–5 minutes per side until golden. Remove and set aside.
3. In the same skillet, sauté garlic and sun-dried tomatoes for 1 minute until fragrant.
4. Pour in chicken broth and scrape up browned bits. Lower heat.
5. Add heavy cream, Parmesan, Italian seasoning, and red pepper flakes. Stir until sauce thickens slightly.
6. Return chicken to skillet and simmer 5–7 minutes until cooked through.
7. Top with fresh basil and extra Parmesan before serving.
Notes
Serve over pasta, rice, or mashed potatoes.
Use fresh Parmesan for best texture, and let the cream warm slightly before adding to prevent curdling.
