Description

Crockpot Ranch Chicken is a simple and delicious dish that combines chicken breasts with a creamy ranch sauce. Itโ€™s perfect for busy weeknights and pairs well with mashed potatoes or a fresh salad.

Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

1. Place chicken breasts in the crockpot. Season with salt and pepper.

2. In a bowl, mix ranch seasoning, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, and chicken broth.

3. Pour the sauce over the chicken breasts.

4. Cook on low for 6-7 hours or on high for 3-4 hours, until the chicken is tender.

5. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving. Serve with mashed potatoes or steamed vegetables.

Notes

Use low-sodium soup and broth to control saltiness.

You can shred the chicken before serving for a pulled version over rice or pasta.

Leftovers store well in the fridge for up to 3 days and reheat easily.

Add cooked bacon or shredded cheese for extra flavor.
