Description
A refreshing and hydrating cucumber and pineapple salad detox, perfect for digestion, weight support, and a gentle body cleanse.
Ingredients
- 2 medium cucumbers, thinly sliced
- 1 ½ cups fresh pineapple, diced
- ¼ cup fresh mint leaves
- 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
- Sea salt to taste
Instructions
- Soak sliced cucumbers in salt water for 10–15 minutes
- Dice fresh pineapple and set aside
- Drain cucumbers and pat dry
- In a bowl, combine cucumbers, pineapple, mint, and lime juice
- Toss gently and add sea salt to taste
- Chill for 15 minutes before serving
