Description

A refreshing and hydrating cucumber and pineapple salad detox, perfect for digestion, weight support, and a gentle body cleanse.


Ingredients

  • 2 medium cucumbers, thinly sliced
  • 1 ½ cups fresh pineapple, diced
  • ¼ cup fresh mint leaves
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
  • Sea salt to taste


Instructions

  • Soak sliced cucumbers in salt water for 10–15 minutes
  • Dice fresh pineapple and set aside
  • Drain cucumbers and pat dry
  • In a bowl, combine cucumbers, pineapple, mint, and lime juice
  • Toss gently and add sea salt to taste
  • Chill for 15 minutes before serving
