This deep sleep banana tea recipe is a soothing, natural bedtime drink made with just banana, water, and cinnamon. It supports restful sleep and calms the nervous system naturally.
Ingredients
- 1 ripe organic banana (with peel, ends trimmed)
- 2 cups filtered water
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon (optional)
Instructions
- Wash the banana thoroughly and leave the peel on.
- Trim the ends and place the whole banana into a small saucepan.
- Add 2 cups of filtered water.
- Bring to a gentle boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes.
- Remove from heat and strain the liquid into a mug.
- Sprinkle with cinnamon if desired and enjoy 30–60 minutes before bed.
