This deep sleep banana tea recipe is a soothing, natural bedtime drink made with just banana, water, and cinnamon. It supports restful sleep and calms the nervous system naturally.


Ingredients

  • 1 ripe organic banana (with peel, ends trimmed)
  • 2 cups filtered water
  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon (optional)


Instructions

  • Wash the banana thoroughly and leave the peel on.
