Ingredients
4 boneless chicken breasts (6 oz each)
1/3 cup olive oil
1/4 cup honey
2 tbsp smoked paprika
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
8 oz feta cheese, crumbled
1/2 cup Greek yogurt
Zest of 1 lemon
2 tbsp fresh thyme (or 1 tbsp dried)
1 tbsp honey (for drizzling)
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C)
In a bowl, mix 1/4 cup honey, smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes
Pat chicken dry, then sear in olive oil over medium heat until golden brown (4-5 minutes per side)
Brush honey-paprika glaze on seared chicken, transfer to baking sheet
Bake until fully cooked (18-22 minutes total)
Meanwhile, combine feta, Greek yogurt, lemon zest, and thyme for the sauce
Drizzle additional honey on cooked chicken, then serve with feta yogurt sauce
Garnish with red pepper flakes and fresh herbs
