Description

A refreshing, cleansing detox with pineapple and cucumber. Hydrating, naturally sweet, and perfect for daily wellness and weight support.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh pineapple chunks
  • ½ cucumber, sliced
  • 23 cups filtered water
  • Juice of ½ lemon (optional)
  • Fresh mint leaves (optional)


Instructions

  • Add pineapple and cucumber to blender or infuser.
  • Pour in filtered water.
