Ingredients
- 2 tbsp raw pumpkin seeds
- 1 cup filtered water (plus soaking water)
- 1/2 lemon, squeezed
Instructions
- Rinse pumpkin seeds and soak in water overnight (8–10 hours).
- In the morning, drain and add to blender with 1 cup fresh filtered water.
- Add lemon juice and blend until smooth.
- Optional: strain for a thinner texture.
- Serve immediately on an empty stomach.
