Description

This Dr Emma pumpkin seed recipe is a simple detox and belly fat support drink using soaked pumpkin seeds, water, and lemon—perfect for hormonal balance and weight loss.

 


Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp raw pumpkin seeds
  • 1 cup filtered water (plus soaking water)
  • 1/2 lemon, squeezed


Instructions

  • Rinse pumpkin seeds and soak in water overnight (8–10 hours).
  • In the morning, drain and add to blender with 1 cup fresh filtered water.
  • Add lemon juice and blend until smooth.
  • Optional: strain for a thinner texture.
  • Serve immediately on an empty stomach.

Notes

  • Best consumed first thing in the morning.
  • Can be stored for 1 day in the fridge.
