Ingredients
- 1 cup warm water
- 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
- Pinch of black pepper
- 1/2 tsp coconut oil or ghee
- Juice of 1/4 lemon (optional)
- Raw honey to taste (optional)
Instructions
- Warm water until hot but not boiling.
- Add turmeric and stir until dissolved.
- Mix in black pepper and coconut oil.
- Squeeze in lemon juice and stir again.
- Sip slowly on an empty stomach.
