Description

These Easy Garlic Butter Beef Cheeseburger Rollups are loaded with seasoned ground beef, melted cheese, and wrapped in golden tortillas brushed with flavorful garlic butter. A quick and crowd-pleasing dinner or appetizer!

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste
  • Optional: sliced pickles for garnish

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.

2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add ground beef and cook until browned, about 7–8 minutes, breaking it apart with a spatula.

3. Stir in Worcestershire sauce, onion powder, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix well and remove from heat. Let cool slightly.

4. In a small bowl, mix melted butter with minced garlic. Set aside.

5. Lay tortillas flat on a clean surface. Divide the beef mixture evenly over each tortilla, then sprinkle with cheddar and mozzarella cheese.

6. Roll each tortilla tightly, tucking in the sides. Place seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.

7. Brush the tops of the rollups generously with garlic butter.

8. Bake for 12–15 minutes, until golden brown and the cheese inside is melted.

9. Cool slightly before slicing into pinwheels if desired. Garnish with sliced pickles and serve warm.

Notes

To make it spicy, add jalapeños or a dash of hot sauce to the beef mixture.

These rollups reheat well and make great leftovers or meal prep lunches.

Serve with ketchup, mustard, or burger sauce for dipping.
