Ingredients
- 1/2 tsp pink Himalayan salt
- 1/2 tsp baking soda (aluminum-free)
- Juice from 1/2 lemon
- 1 cup warm filtered water
Instructions
- Warm the water to a drinkable temperature.
- Add pink Himalayan salt and baking soda.
- Stir until completely dissolved.
- Squeeze in fresh lemon juice and stir again.
- Drink slowly on an empty stomach.
Notes
