Instructions
1. In a small bowl, whisk together all ingredients for the bang bang sauce until smooth. Adjust flavor with more sriracha or honey as desired. Chill until ready to serve.

3. Reduce heat to medium-low and stir in garlic, ginger, soy sauce, sriracha, chicken broth, honey, smoked paprika, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 2–3 minutes.
4. Sprinkle cornstarch over the mixture and stir well to thicken.
5. Optional: Stir about 2 tablespoons of bang bang sauce into the turkey mixture just before serving.
6. Assemble bowls with a base of rice and any desired toppings like carrots, cucumber, edamame, cabbage, or avocado.
7. Spoon the turkey mixture over rice and drizzle generously with bang bang sauce.
8. Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds. Serve immediately.
Notes
Store turkey and sauce separately in airtight containers in the fridge. Turkey lasts 3–4 days; sauce lasts up to a week.
Freeze turkey mixture (with or without sauce) for up to 3 months. Thaw and reheat as needed.
If the turkey mixture becomes dry, add a splash of soy sauce or broth.
Great for meal prep—store rice, turkey, and toppings separately to assemble fresh bowls throughout the week.
