Description

A soothing, herbal tea recipe made with roasted barley, mulberry leaf, and sweet amacha. Supports digestion and gentle weight loss when enjoyed daily.


Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp roasted barley (mugicha)
  • 1 tbsp dried mulberry leaf
  • 1 tsp sweet amacha
  • 3 cups filtered water

Instructions

  • Bring water to a gentle boil.
  • Add all herbs to the pot and lower to a simmer.
  • Let simmer for 7 minutes.
  • Remove from heat and steep for 5 more minutes.
  • Strain and serve warm or chilled.
