- 1 tbsp roasted barley (mugicha)
- 1 tbsp dried mulberry leaf
- 1 tsp sweet amacha
- 3 cups filtered water
Instructions
- Bring water to a gentle boil.
- Add all herbs to the pot and lower to a simmer.
- Let simmer for 7 minutes.
- Remove from heat and steep for 5 more minutes.
- Strain and serve warm or chilled.
Notes
- Best consumed on an empty stomach in the morning.
- You may store it chilled and drink again in the afternoon.
