This guruko furidamu tea recipe is a gentle, detoxifying herbal infusion that supports clear skin, digestion, and calm.
Ingredients
- 1 tsp dried guruko furidamu leaves
- 8 oz hot water
- 1 tsp raw honey (optional)
- 1 tsp lemon juice (optional)
- 1 small cinnamon stick (optional)
Instructions
- Boil 8 oz of filtered water.
- Place dried guruko furidamu leaves in a cup.
- Pour the hot water over the herbs.
- Cover and steep for 10–15 minutes.
- Strain, then add honey, lemon, or cinnamon if desired.
- Stir and enjoy warm or chilled.
Notes
- You can brew a larger batch and store it in the fridge for up to 2 days.
- Avoid adding sugar—raw honey is a gentler sweetener.
- Best consumed on an empty stomach or between meals.
