Description

Crispy, golden healthy air fryer churro bites with a light cinnamon sugar coating, perfect for a guilt-free sweet treat.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup plain flour
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/3 cup + 1 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla essence
  • 1 large egg

Coating:

  • 1 cup white sugar
  • 1 tbsp cinnamon powder


Instructions

  • In a pan, combine water, butter, salt, and sugar. Bring to a boil.
  • Reduce heat, add flour gradually, stirring until dough comes together.
  • Let dough cool slightly, then mix in egg and vanilla.
  • Pipe bite-sized pieces into preheated air fryer basket (375°F).
  • Cook 10–12 minutes until golden.
  • Toss warm churros in cinnamon sugar and serve.

Notes
