Ingredients
- ¼ tsp pink Himalayan salt
- 8–10 oz filtered water
- Juice of ½ lemon (optional for morning)
- 1 tsp raw honey (optional for night)
Instructions
- Pour filtered water into a glass.
- Add ¼ tsp of pink Himalayan salt.
- For morning use, add juice of ½ lemon and stir.
- For night use, skip lemon and add 1 tsp honey if desired.
- Stir well and drink immediately.
Notes
- Best consumed on an empty stomach in the morning.
