Description

A refreshing fall-inspired salad featuring crisp Honeycrisp apples, salty feta cheese, crunchy walnuts, dried cranberries, and mixed greens tossed in a light honey apple cider vinaigrette.


Ingredients

  • 2 Honeycrisp apples, cored and thinly sliced
  • 4 oz feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1/4 cup chopped walnuts
  • 1/4 cup dried cranberries
  • 4 cups mixed greens
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

1. In a large bowl, combine mixed greens, sliced Honeycrisp apples, crumbled feta cheese, chopped walnuts, and dried cranberries.

2. In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, apple cider vinegar, and honey until well combined.

3. Pour the dressing over the salad.

4. Toss gently to combine all ingredients evenly.

Notes

Toast the walnuts in a dry skillet for 3 to 5 minutes to enhance their flavor.
