Description

This Jamie Oliver watermelon salad is a quick, refreshing 5-ingredient dish with watermelon, feta, mint, red onion, and olive oil—perfect for summer meals or clean eating plans.


Ingredients

  • 700g watermelon
  • 1 small red onion
  • 180g feta cheese
  • 1 bunch of fresh mint
  • Extra virgin olive oil


Instructions

  • Scoop out and chop the watermelon flesh into bite-sized chunks.
  • Peel and thinly slice the red onion.
  • Crumble the feta cheese into a large mixing bowl.
  • Pick and tear mint leaves, then add to the bowl.
  • Combine everything, drizzle with olive oil, and season with black pepper.
