Description

This Jillian Michaels weight loss drink is a natural detox blend made with dandelion tea, lemon juice, and cranberry. It helps reduce water retention, supports digestion, and jumpstarts your 7-day weight loss routine.

 

 


Ingredients

  • 1 dandelion root tea bag
  • 60 oz filtered water
  • 2 tablespoons unsweetened cranberry juice
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice


Instructions

  • Brew the dandelion root tea in 8 oz hot water and steep for 5–10 minutes.
  • In a large pitcher, pour the brewed tea and add remaining filtered water.
  • Stir in cranberry juice and lemon juice.
