Description

This Keto Garlic Parmesan Chicken is juicy, flavorful, and loaded with cheesy, buttery goodness. An easy low-carb dinner that’s done in just 35 minutes!


Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • ¼ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)


Instructions

1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

2. Pat the chicken breasts dry with paper towels.

3. In a small bowl, combine garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper.

4. Rub the spice mixture evenly over the chicken breasts to coat them thoroughly.

5. Pour the melted butter into a large baking dish to coat the bottom.

6. Place the seasoned chicken breasts in the baking dish on top of the butter.

7. Sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese generously over each chicken breast.

8. Bake for 20–25 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C).

9. Remove from oven and let rest for a few minutes.

10. Garnish with freshly chopped parsley and serve immediately.


Notes

Patting the chicken dry ensures better browning.

Use freshly grated Parmesan for best flavor.

Serve with a side of steamed vegetables or cauliflower rice for a complete keto meal.
