Ingredients
- 1 large cucumber
- 2 celery stalks
- 1 handful fresh parsley
- Juice of 1 lemon
- ½ inch fresh ginger
- 1 cup filtered water
Instructions
- Wash and roughly chop all ingredients.
- Add cucumber, celery, parsley, lemon juice, ginger, and water to a blender.
- Blend on high until smooth.
- Strain using a mesh sieve or nut milk bag (optional).
- Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately or chill for later.
