This kidney detox juice recipe is a refreshing blend of cucumber, parsley, lemon, celery, and ginger that gently supports your body’s natural detox process. Perfect for hydration, reducing water retention, and kidney health support.


Ingredients

  • 1 large cucumber
  • 2 celery stalks
  • 1 handful fresh parsley
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • ½ inch fresh ginger
  • 1 cup filtered water


Instructions

  • Wash and roughly chop all ingredients.
  • Add cucumber, celery, parsley, lemon juice, ginger, and water to a blender.
  • Blend on high until smooth.
  • Strain using a mesh sieve or nut milk bag (optional).
  • Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately or chill for later.

Notes

  • Store in an airtight glass jar in the fridge for up to 48 hours.
