A refreshing summer salad with juicy peaches, creamy mozzarella, crunchy walnuts, fresh basil, and a drizzle of balsamic glaze.
Ingredients
- 4 ripe peaches, pitted and sliced
- 1 cup fresh mozzarella balls, halved
- 1 cup arugula or mixed greens
- 1/2 cup walnuts, toasted and chopped
- 1/4 cup feta cheese, crumbled
- 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves, torn
- 1/4 cup balsamic glaze
- Salt, to taste
- Black pepper, to taste
Instructions
1. Wash peaches, remove pits, and slice into wedges.
2. In a large bowl, combine peaches, mozzarella balls, and arugula or mixed greens.
3. Add toasted walnuts, crumbled feta cheese, and torn basil leaves.
4. Drizzle balsamic glaze over the salad and season with salt and pepper.
5. Gently toss to combine without crushing the ingredients.
6. Refrigerate for 10–15 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
7. Serve chilled and enjoy.
Notes
For best flavor, use ripe but firm peaches.
You can substitute goat cheese for feta if preferred.
