This Mounjaro coffee recipe for weight loss is a natural fat-burning drink made with cinnamon, ACV, MCT oil, and coffee to support metabolism and reduce cravings.
Ingredients
- 1 cup hot brewed black coffee
- ½ tsp Ceylon cinnamon
- 1 tbsp raw apple cider vinegar
- 1 tsp MCT oil (or coconut oil)
- ½ cup unsweetened almond milk
- Optional: pinch of pink salt or dash of lemon juice
Instructions
- Brew your coffee and pour into a mug.
- Add cinnamon, ACV, and MCT oil.
- Stir well or froth until blended.
- Add almond milk and froth again.
- Sip slowly, best on an empty stomach.
Notes
- Start with ½ tsp MCT oil to avoid digestive upset.
- Use lemon juice instead of ACV if sensitive.
