Ingredients
- ½ bitter melon (deseeded)
- ½ green apple
- ½ cucumber
- 1-inch ginger (peeled)
- Juice of ½ lemon
- ½ cup filtered water
Instructions
- Add all ingredients into a high-speed blender.
- Blend until smooth.
- Strain through a fine mesh sieve if desired.
- Serve immediately or chill for up to 48 hours.
