Ingredients
- 1 cup brewed dandelion root tea
- 1 tsp raw apple cider vinegar (with the mother)
- ½ tsp Ceylon cinnamon
- ¼ tsp freshly grated ginger
- Optional: squeeze of lemon or drop of raw honey
Instructions
- Steep 1 tsp dandelion root in hot water for 10 minutes and strain.
- Add raw apple cider vinegar to warm tea.
- Stir in cinnamon and grated ginger.
