Ingredients

  • 1 cup brewed dandelion root tea
  • 1 tsp raw apple cider vinegar (with the mother)
  • ½ tsp Ceylon cinnamon
  • ¼ tsp freshly grated ginger
  • Optional: squeeze of lemon or drop of raw honey

Instructions

  • Steep 1 tsp dandelion root in hot water for 10 minutes and strain.
  • Add raw apple cider vinegar to warm tea.
