Ingredients
- 2 cups Whole Corn Kernel, drained
- 2 cups Creamed Corn
- 1 cup Jiffy Corn Muffin Mix
- ½ cup Sour Cream
- ¼ cup Butter, melted
- 1 cup Mozzarella Cheese, shredded
Instructions
1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (180ºC).
2. In a bowl, mix the corn, creamed corn, Jiffy corn muffin mix, sour cream, and butter until combined.
3. Grease a casserole dish and spread the corn mixture in it. Top with mozzarella cheese.
4. Bake for 25 minutes or until bubbly.
Notes
You can swap mozzarella for cheddar or a blend of cheeses for a different flavor profile.
Let the casserole rest for 5–10 minutes after baking to help it set before serving.
