Ingredients
- 1 glass (12–16 oz) filtered water
- 1/4 tsp pink Himalayan salt
- Juice of 1/2 lemon
- Optional: 1/2 tsp raw apple cider vinegar
Instructions
- Fill a glass with filtered room temperature water.
- Add the pink salt and stir until fully dissolved.
- Squeeze in the fresh lemon juice.
