Ingredients
- 2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1 can (10.5 oz) condensed cream of chicken soup
- 1 box (6 oz) chicken flavored Stove Top stuffing mix
- 1 ½ cups chicken broth
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 375°F. Grease an 11×7-inch baking dish.
2. Place the chicken pieces evenly in the baking dish.
3. Pour the cream of chicken soup over the chicken and spread it evenly.
4. Sprinkle the dry stuffing mix over the soup layer.
5. Pour the chicken broth evenly over the stuffing to moisten it completely.
6. Cover the dish with foil and bake for 40–45 minutes.
7. Uncover and bake for an additional 5 minutes to brown the top.
8. Let the casserole rest for 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
No need to pre-cook the chicken—baking will cook it fully and keep it tender.
Ensure all stuffing mix is moistened with broth to avoid dry or crunchy spots.
Use low-sodium broth and soup if watching your salt intake.
The chicken and stuffing release juices to create a savory gravy—make sure to scoop some when serving.
