- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
- For topping:
- Sprinkle of mini chocolate chips (optional)
Instructions
1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.
2. In a medium-sized bowl, mash the bananas until mostly smooth. Some lumps are okay.
3. Mix the peanut or almond butter into the mashed bananas.
4. Add the protein powder and cocoa powder, stirring until all ingredients are well combined.
5. Arrange 8 silicone baking cups in a muffin tin. Spoon the batter evenly into each cup.
6. Sprinkle a few chocolate chips on top of each, if desired.

Notes
Use very ripe bananas for the best natural sweetness and flavor.
Silicone baking cups are ideal for this recipe—they help with portion control and prevent sticking.
For a smoother batter, you can blend all ingredients in a food processor.
Brownies will be soft when warm but will firm as they cool—don’t skip the cooling step!
