Description

This pumpkin seed bariatric tea recipe is mineral-rich, gentle on the stomach, and perfect for post-op recovery or natural weight support.


Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp raw pumpkin seeds
  • 2 cups filtered water
  • 1 small slice fresh ginger (optional)
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon (optional)
  • Lemon balm leaves (optional)


Instructions

  • Rinse pumpkin seeds under cold water.
  • Add seeds and water to a small pot.
  • Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 10–15 minutes.
  • Strain the seeds and pour tea into a cup.
  • Serve warm or store in fridge up to 36 hours.
