Ingredients
- 1 package potstickers (frozen or homemade)
- 4 cups chicken or vegetable broth
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 cup sliced mushrooms
- 1 cup bok choy or spinach
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 inch ginger, grated
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional: chili flakes for heat
Instructions
1. In a large pot, heat sesame oil over medium heat.
2. Add garlic, ginger, and mushrooms. Sautรฉ for 2-3 minutes until fragrant.
3. Pour in the chicken or vegetable broth and bring to a simmer.
4. Add the potstickers and simmer for about 5-7 minutes, or until they are cooked through.
5. Add bok choy or spinach and soy sauce. Cook until the greens are wilted.
6. Season with salt, pepper, and optional chili flakes.
7. Serve hot, garnished with green onions.
