Ingredients
- 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 4 slices mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese (not powdered)
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon dried basil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground salt
- 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese (not powdered)
- Chopped parsley, for garnish
Instructions
1. Preheat your oven to 375°F.
2. Coat a 9×13 inch baking dish with cooking spray.
3. In a bowl, mix together the sour cream, 1/2 cup grated Parmesan, salt, pepper, oregano, basil, garlic powder, and cornstarch until well combined.
4. Place the chicken breasts in the prepared baking dish.
5. Top each chicken breast with a slice of mozzarella cheese.
6. Spoon the sour cream mixture evenly over the chicken.
7. Sprinkle the remaining 1/4 cup of grated Parmesan cheese on top.
