Ingredients
- 1 (16 oz) box elbow macaroni
- 4 medium carrots, grated
- 1 green bell pepper, chopped
- 1 red onion, chopped
- 2 cups mayonnaise
- 1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk
- 1 cup cider vinegar
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
1. Cook the elbow macaroni according to package directions until tender. Drain well and allow to cool slightly.
2. In a large bowl, combine the cooked macaroni, grated carrots, chopped green bell pepper, and chopped red onion.
3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, sweetened condensed milk, cider vinegar, sugar, salt, and black pepper until smooth.
4. Pour the dressing over the macaroni mixture and stir until everything is well coated.
5. Cover and refrigerate overnight to allow the flavors to blend before serving.
