Ingredients
10 cups cubed seedless watermelon
2 cups halved strawberries
1 cup fresh blueberries
1 cup fresh blackberries
1 cup pitted cherries
¼ cup fresh lemon juice
3 tablespoons honey
2 tablespoons chopped fresh mint
Instructions
Cut watermelon into 1-inch cubes.
In a bowl, whisk together lemon juice and honey to form dressing.
Combine watermelon, strawberries, blueberries, blackberries, and cherries in a large bowl.
Pour dressing over the fruit and gently toss to coat.
Stir in chopped mint and chill for at least 10 minutes before serving.
