Ingredients
1 boneless, skinless chicken breast
1/4 cup buffalo sauce (alcohol-free)
1/2 cup cottage cheese
2 tablespoons ranch dressing
1/4 cup sliced celery
1/4 cup grated carrots
1 tablespoon chopped green onions
1 teaspoon olive oil
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon paprika
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
Place chicken breast on a baking sheet and season with garlic powder and paprika.
Drizzle olive oil over the chicken, then coat both sides with buffalo sauce.
Bake for 15-18 minutes or until fully cooked. Let cool briefly.
Shred the chicken using two forks.
In a large bowl, combine shredded chicken, cottage cheese, celery, carrots, and green onions.
Drizzle ranch dressing over the top and gently mix.
Serve immediately for a fresh and zesty taste.
