Ingredients
For the Fries:
2 large Russet Potatoes
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon paprika or garlic powder
For the Burger Patties:
1 pound ground beef
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
For the Salad Base:
4 cups mixed greens or lettuce
1 large tomato, sliced
1/2 red onion, thinly sliced or pickled
1 cup dill pickles, sliced
1/2 avocado, sliced
For the Sauce:
1/2 cup mayonnaise (homemade or store-bought)
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1 tablespoon ketchup
1 teaspoon honey or maple syrup
1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce (vegetarian-friendly if needed)
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
Instructions
For the Fries:
Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C) or set air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
Peel the potatoes and slice into 1/2″ thick fries. Soak in cold water for 30 minutes, then pat dry thoroughly.
In a bowl, toss the fries with olive oil, salt, and paprika until well coated.
Spread the fries in a single layer on a baking sheet or in an air fryer basket and bake/air fry for 15-20 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.
For the Burger Patties:
In a bowl, mix the ground beef with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
Divide the mixture into 4 equal portions and shape into patties, about 1/2″ thick.
Heat a skillet or grill pan over medium-high heat. Cook the patties for 3-4 minutes per side for medium doneness, or until desired doneness is achieved.
Let rest for 2-3 minutes before assembling the bowls.
For Assembly:
In large bowls, layer mixed greens or lettuce as the base.
Top with cooked burger patties, tomato slices, red onion, pickles, and avocado slices according to your taste.
Add the crispy fries on the side or mixed in.
Serve warm with the homemade special sauce drizzled or on the side.
For the Sauce:
In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, ketchup, honey, Worcestershire sauce, and garlic powder. Mix well until smooth and adjust seasoning to taste.
Notes
Feel free to customize toppings with your favorite vegetables or sauces.
For a gluten-free or keto option, skip the lettuce and use a high-fat salad alternative like avocado or leafy greens.
To make it vegan, substitute the beef for a plant-based patty and ensure all other toppings are vegan-friendly.
