Description

Creamy spinach tomato tortellini with ground beef, rich tomato cream sauce, Parmesan cheese, and spinach. A hearty, family-friendly meal that’s quick and satisfying.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beefa
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 2 garlic cloves, diced
  • 16 oz pasta sauce
  • 1 cup whipping cream
  • 2 lbs packaged tortellini
  • 1 tbsp garlic parsley salt
  • 1 tbsp dried parsley
  • 2 cups spinach, chopped
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese

Instructions

1. Gather the ingredients and chop the onion, garlic, and spinach.

2. Preheat a deep skillet over medium heat. Add the ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it apart as it cooks.

3. Add the diced onion and garlic to the skillet and cook until softened.

4. Pour in the pasta sauce and bring the mixture to a simmer.

5. Stir in the whipping cream until fully combined.

6. Add the tortellini and return the mixture to a gentle simmer.

7. Season with garlic parsley salt and dried parsley.

8. Add the chopped spinach and Parmesan cheese. Stir until the spinach wilts and everything is well combined.

9. Serve immediately and enjoy.

Notes

Use refrigerated or frozen tortellini according to package directions.

Freshly grated Parmesan melts more smoothly into the sauce.

For extra vegetables, add mushrooms or bell peppers with the onions.

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
